【我家廚房】第一次在家裡自製蘿蔔糕~ 成功💪💪💪 好啦...其實是 York 我只負責拍照🤣
墨爾本還在持續封城中(12 星期了)剛好白蘿蔔最近很便宜,就想說看看怎麼煮😆 沒想到蘿蔔糕用電鍋還蠻便宜的,就試試看😁
* 900 公克的白蘿蔔用成白蘿蔔絲 +600ml 的水在鍋子內煮成泥🥕
* 375g 的在來米粉 + 30g 玉米粉+二小匙的鹽+450 ml 水混在一塊
* 把蘿蔔糕泥的火關掉,加入在來米粉跟玉米粉加水的那鍋
* 把想要加進去蘿蔔糕的料炒一炒,例如蝦米、油蔥酥等,再加進去蘿蔔泥
* 之後裝在一個鐵的容器,放進去電鍋蒸
* 蒸完後就放涼,再冰進去冰箱冷藏一個晚上
* 隔天再拿出來切一切,煎一煎,就可以吃了😋
是不是不會很難?真心考慮是不是應該把這個食譜弄成網誌或是 YouTube😆

First time making Chinese radish cake 🥕 SUCCESS 💪💪💪
With no way of eating yumcha during lockdown and white radishes are cheap, it's a perfect time to try making something new😛
Recipe (involve rice cooker):
* Shred 900g of radish and cook in 600ml of water until soft🔪
* Mix 375g of rice flour and 30g of corn flour and 2 teaspoon of salt in 450ml of water🥄
* Then add this mix into the cooked radish (after turning off the heat)🥕
* Add fried shrimps, Chinese mushrooms and fried shallots then stir🦐
* Then add into a metal container then steam in a rice cooker (or whatever u have)🍚
* After its cooked, leave it outside to cool down and refrigerated it overnight. * Then cut it into pieces next morning to fry🍳
